The Inn Locanda del Vino Nobile was born thanks to a vision of the owners of the farm Barbara & Rosario Chiloiro.
Rosario Chiloiro begins his journey of food and wine many years ago and in particular in 2001, in an old farmhouse opens "The Inn of Ribollita" and in 2005 in the old "Podere la Vena" creates La Locanda del Vino Nobile, which is a versatile combines restoration, promotion and production of planning a synthesis of tradition and innovation for those who want to embrace this fantastic world,..... and here knows Adiletto Antonino and Cristiano De Falco who embrace the philosophy and taking over the Inn.
Antonino has benn a manager for several international companies; where he has contributed to the continued success of those companies in the world, thus creating`cultural and professional high quality management knowledge.
He returned to Italy after a long period abroad, he is confident and believes that in his mother country bringing all his experience and knowledge, he can contribute to the development of the Italian tourisms image, starting from the Inn of the Locanda del Vino Nobile.
Cristiano De Falco with over 18 years of industry experience, Crisitano has benn a Chef manager for several prestigious hotels and renowned restaurants, with also some experiences in Europe, comparing himself with different types of catering and technique kitchen, where he toke and board quality knowledge as a chef. Cristiano also believes in the potential of Locanda del Vino Nobile.
